The Lineup · Est. 2026

Five teammates, one dugout, one company.

ScoutStyle was built from inside the game. We came up together at High Point University — same staff, same Sundays in front of the data work we now do for programs across baseball and softball — and every product decision we make is grounded in that time under a coach's report.

Howell founded ScoutStyle in 2026 after four seasons as a Division I right-handed pitcher at High Point University. He spent those years inside the same scouting reports he watched his coaches build by hand — six to eight hour Sunday sessions that turned the staff into scribes instead of strategists.

ScoutStyle is the product of that observation: a platform that takes the typing out of pre-game prep and gives the coach back the judgment work that only they can do. Howell leads product, design, and the technical architecture of the system, working directly with head coaches across high school and collegiate baseball and softball.

Mac runs sales for ScoutStyle. A Durham, North Carolina native, he played alongside the rest of the founding team in the High Point University dugout — the same room where the idea for ScoutStyle started — which means every prospect call is a coach-to-coach conversation, not a pitch deck.

He owns the company's outbound motion end-to-end: prospecting head coaches, walking staffs through onboarding, and keeping the early customer base close. He's lived inside the workflow ScoutStyle is rebuilding, and he sells with the credibility that comes from it.

Matt leads business development for ScoutStyle. A four-year Division I catcher at High Point University and a native of Kutztown, Pennsylvania, he spent his playing career running staffs, organizing pre-game work, and translating coach intent into something the rest of the field could execute. The relationship instinct that came from that role is the same one that drives ScoutStyle's growth conversations.

He owns the front of the funnel — building the company's relationships with conference offices, travel-ball networks, and head coaches around the country, and making sure every program that comes into the system feels personally walked in.

Jack runs strategy and growth for ScoutStyle. A Denver native and a current Division I pitcher at High Point University, he sits with the rest of the founding team in the same dugout where the company was started — and brings that inside view to every decision about where the company goes next.

He owns the strategic roadmap and the growth motion that carries it — the markets ScoutStyle opens next, the channels that put the product in front of coaches, and the long-term bets that shape what the company becomes.

Wyatt drives outreach and sales for ScoutStyle. A Tampa, Florida native and a current Division I player at High Point University — three years in, with one more season ahead — he works the same dugout the founding team came up in, which keeps every coach conversation grounded in the game.

He owns the top of the outreach motion alongside the sales team: getting ScoutStyle in front of head coaches, opening the conversations, and helping move programs from first contact to onboarded.

Built by players. For coaches.

Five teammates from High Point University baseball, building the data department we wish our coaches had — with the seriousness their Sundays deserve.
